Join Emily for a monthly yoga foundations series focused on proper form and philosophy of yoga. Each month the series will repeat the 1st through the 4th Tuesday at 6 p.m. This 45 minute class will consist of direct instruction, practice and hands-on adjustments to help any level student master their technique.

Week 2 Warrior Poses and Yoga Props
Week 3 Balance Poses and Breathing Techniques
Week 4 Body-Specific Poses and Meditation
